A referral group for Greater Providence

One seat per industry. Pull up a chair.

Capital City Networking Group is a table of trusted local professionals who send each other business over lunch, twice a month. Each member holds the only seat for their field, so the referrals in your line of work come to you.

      How to join

      How a seat gets filled

Joining takes a little time on purpose. It's how members know they can trust each other with their clients.

      1. Visit as a guest

Join us for lunch at one or two meetings to meet the group and see the format.

      2. Find a sponsor

A current member in good standing who knows your work agrees to sponsor you.

      3. Apply

Send your application to the President with your business details and your sponsor's name. Apply online.

      4. Member vote

Members vote at a regular meeting. A majority admits you and the seat for your industry is yours.

      Your field is yours

One member per industry. Overlaps are settled by a member vote.

      One group at a time

Members don't belong to another Greater Providence referral group.

      Show up

Let us know ahead of time if you can't make it. Repeated unexcused absences get a review.

Industries we'd like to add to the table

We welcome professionals who serve businesses, consumers or both. Select an industry to apply for its seat.

Don't see your field? If it doesn't overlap a current member's seat, there may be room, so apply anyway. Is your field's seat already taken? Ask to be kept on file in case it opens up.
